Oh… to lose the belly fat
You need to stand up straight and suck that belly in. In doing so you are retraining and developing your belly muscles to function as they did when you were young. That belly is not going to be pulling on your back, or pulling you over any more. Your back muscles are going to stop hurting so much. It is time to retrain your body to stand up straight. Retrain your belly to be flat. Retrain your body to be proud. And, loose that weight.
